- The theme of this watercolor is Wisconsin agriculture. I wanted to illustrate at least a sampling of products that make up the state’s leading industry. Some of the many plant-based products grown and produced here include grains, ginseng, honey, fruits, beer, and of course dairy products. The Dairy cow plays a huge part in both our economy and rural landscape. The breeds shown here include Holsteins, a Jersey, and a Brown Swiss.
