Welcome to my website featuring watercolors from Wisconsin. Even if you’re not from here there are plenty other subjects that you may enjoy in my ever-growing collection. The rolling farmland and iconic barns of the dairy state are my favorite thing to paint, but the varied shapes and colors found in nature’s plants and flowers are always tempting my interest. I am also inspired by animals, water, and Scandinavian folk art. You can find examples of how I interpret these subjects right here.
When displaying my work at art fairs I often hear people respond to it by saying, “I love the bright colors,” and “it looks so happy!” So if either of those qualities appeal to you, you’re in the right place.
